Are you frustrated? Are you overwhelmed? Are you beyond tired? Do you feel like you are about to lose your mind? Chances are you may have too many (or too high) expectations on yourself. In this episode, we discuss some of the pitfalls of having expectations on ourselves and what we should do about it. Some expectation is good for us while most do not help in any way. Rather, they can leave us feeling discouraged, guilty, or inadequate when we don't meet them. Let's increase the peace in our lives by releasing those unnecessary expectations!
